I have been blessed to watch this family grow over the years. Kristin is a good friend of mine and has inspired me to learn about real food and simple living. Last year she started a blog called Live Simply and it literally blew up over night. I enjoy reading her recipes, heart felt family stories, and her view on motherhood and it's joys. Kristin and her husband Dustin, are big on letting their kids be involved in the every day things. They really wanted to capture real moments that their family shares. Every Saturday morning they go downtown to the market to get their produce for the week. So we decided that would be the perfect outing for me to tag along and just take images of them being a family, on a normal day....real memories. It was such a fun time! The colors and scents tickled the senses. I hope you enjoy the images of this family and their life as much as I enjoyed creating them.
I have not had someone as excited to get their images done, as I have had with Jessie. I was honored to photograph their family last April. That same week she booked her December family session. She knew right away she wanted me to take their holiday pictures! Every once in a while she would send me a message that would says something like "63 days"....then it would get to "7 days" and then finally the day of her session! We chose to do a downtown location, to give it a different look then the harbor session we did, earlier this year. Oddly enough, during the last session their daughters two front teeth were missing and now her other tow front teeth are missing...what are the odds!?
